Question: am i pregnant?

oct 6th 2014 ago i do love with my boy, he ejaculated out of my v. but i think some cement left inside.
my last period is sept 14th 2014, and i have irregular menstrual cycle.
my shortest cycle is 16 days, and the longest is 42 days.
so, am i pregnant? cz i really wanna be a sweety mum
