Question: Just Really WTF is going on in the TWW

Im a normal 28-29 cycle woman. Have had a consistent period since i could remember. Yet this month i started AF 03/02/20. I got a positive opk 03/11/20. I only tested because my tatas were very sensitive asl but Symptomatic asl because ive been symptom spotting ever since 😓. AF WAS DUE 03/30-03/31. Now here it is April fools day and no AF🙄. Hope this isnt a prank by mother nature. I am currently 1-2 days late. Noted some spotting today with a doctor's appointment on tomorrow. Can i be pregnant??
