Question: Could I be pregnant?

Please help me,I have my period on 23 June this year but on july I did,nt get my period on 1 august I was having some cramps and start bleeding and now my breasts is havy,and sore im craving foods,so i dont know that im pregnat or what please help me because i test on sunday but come negative
