Question: Conception

Hello,so I had my period starting on 27th September. I had sex on 4th and 5th October.
I tested for ovulation on 7th at 10p.m and it was a weak positive. On 8th at 10a.m it was positive strong L.H Surge.
On the 13th I tested for ovulation and the L.H surge had dropped,very low.

Today is probably 7do.
Had a test and it's negative but I'm really expecting a positive though on 8th I never had sex. Was hoping that if I had sex on 5th the sperms will still be there if I ovulated a day or 2 after.

Could I be pregnant?
