Question: Ladies please help.

Hey ladies i am currently 6Dpo. What symptoms did u have when you were this early. An was you pregnant.
I was suppose to ovulate on Feb 29th. I keep having this clear discharge. An my cervix were high soft n open then today I had what what looked like lotion (tmi sorry) discharge an my cervix have been shifting to medium to high soft n closed not sure what that's suppose to mean can anyone help me thanks of last period Feb 18th if that helps. An im irregular.
