Question: Bleeding but still have sore boobs could I still be pregnant

I'm 5 weeks pregnant, I've had low hcg levels so far, which is normal for me, so faint positives, I started spotting two days ago, then it turned into heavier bleeding with some cramps, so I assumed that was the end of that, however I still have slightly sore boobs, a slightly high temperature, and still getting the same results on pregnancy tests, could I actually still be pregnant? I had a miscarriage some weeks ago, could it be that that is causing me to bleed as my womb is still sensitive?
