Question: Need help

My period was seriously late this month. I have taken 8 pregnancy tests before, during, and after my period and they all came up positive. Here is my problem. I had my tubes tied back 2008. Am I wrong for being concerned about all these having the same result? I'm constantly tired, and have serious nausea and I have grown a cup size in my bra. Should I make a doctor's appointment and find out what is going on?
