Question: Possible to just have a feeling you'll BFP??

ok ladies does this make any sense at all... ttc #1, cycle 6, currently 6DPO, period should start in about a week, so it's early i know. i don't have any physical symptoms of pregnancy at this point but something just feels different. i feel really positive this cycle. we did start using ovulation tests last cycle, and this cycle i think we timed everything perfectly. i haven't said a word to dh about this "feeling" but he keeps asking me why i'm so happy. if anyone ever had a feeling symptom and BFP'd i'd love to know about it! tx.
