Question: Diagnosis: threatened abortion??

Has anyone tested positive (3x), than went to the OB got an ultrasound and they said I'm to early to tell how far I am. I have a UTI as well and when I peed once it was pink (last night), but hasn't happened sense. Now I have to get blood work done tomorrow (Thursday) morning, and Saturday morning. This is my third pregnancy and I've never had to go through this before... Has anyone else experience this with past or current pregnancies? I'm so worried. I looked up what "threatened abortion" meant and it says when you bleed in the first 20 weeks of pregnancy and that it could be a sign of miscarriage... Which is why I'm so worried and panicking....
