Question: Faint positive or evap... retake?

Ok so I am at least 11 days late. (I had spotting May 20 rather than having full af). I have been having a few symptoms, but they may also be common to other conditions, except for the cravings. I am having light cramping as well. I am on b.c., but was on antibiotics for a little while. I finally took a test yesterday around 4 pm and got a faint positive or evap line. Should I try another test?
