Question: Continuous b.c. Faint Positive

I continuously take Seasonique bc and don't have a period. However, I've been experiencing symptoms of pregnancy for the past few weeks. Tender breasts, uncomfortable intercourse, difficulty sleeping, nausea, headaches, tummy problems(constipation paired with diarrhea), and of course more frequent urination. I took a HPT and it has a very faint positive but it was not on my FMU. I'm going to take another one in the morning but wanted advice if any night owls are available to help.
