Your perimenopause ticker counts down to menopause, showing how many days since your last period, and how many days until menopause should start. After menopause starts, your ticker autmoatically counts up, showing how many days you've been in menoapause.

Menopause Countdown Slider - automatically moves on your ticker to mark your current menopause countdown (the number of days until menopause starts). If your period starts before menopause starts, simply create a new menopause ticker, putting in the date of your last period. The menopause count-down will start again.
